Archetype Construction Services also provides handyman services for repairs, basic/ semi skilled labor, punch- lists, honey-do lists, pre title, etc. This service is ideal when a customer has a single small project or list of smaller jobs that need to be completed, but are too small to warrant a contractor's on-site estimate. It is also efficient for when an owner buys materials with the intention of doing the job but just can't find time, tools or motivation to complete it.
Simply contact us and describe the the type of work you need performed such as a repair, assembly, installation, general or skilled labor, etc. We will usually ask for a few pictures and/ or basic measurements when necessary. After simple assessment, we can set up to have a skilled tech come out to complete the scope of work.
